1. Introduction

Welcome to Empires Boost, a technology-enabled online services marketplace owned and operated by Shivguru Enterprises ("Company", "Empires Boost", "we", "our", or "us").

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of:

• Any subdomains, software, APIs, mobile applications, web applications, digital platforms, products, features, content, services, and technologies owned, operated, or controlled by Empires Boost (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, registering as a customer or service provider, submitting information, purchasing any product or service, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

2. About Empires Boost

Empires Boost is a technology-enabled marketplace that facilitates connections between customers seeking professional services and independent service providers, including self-employed professionals, freelancers, contractors, sole proprietorships, partnership firms, LLPs, companies, MSMEs, startups, agencies, and other businesses.

The Platform is intended to enable users to discover, communicate with, and engage independent service providers for a wide range of services.

Unless expressly stated for a specific offering, Empires Boost does not itself provide, supervise, employ, or control the independent services listed on the Platform. Any service agreement is entered into directly between the customer and the selected service provider.

3. Acceptance of These Terms

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• The information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.
• You will not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited purpose.
• You understand that continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any future updates.

4. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

"Account" — A registered user profile created on the Platform for accessing available features and services.

"Customer" — Any individual, consumer, homeowner, tenant, business, company, organization, institution, government body, or other lawful entity that accesses or uses the Platform to search for, compare, contact, request, obtain, or engage the services of one or more independent Service Providers.

"Service Provider" — Any self-employed professional, freelancer, contractor, consultant, sole proprietor, partnership firm, LLP, company, MSME, startup, agency, business owner, or other lawful person or entity that registers or lists services on the Platform for the purpose of offering services to Customers.

"User" — Any person or entity accessing or using the Platform, including Customers, Service Providers, visitors, and registered account holders.

"Platform" — Collectively refers to the websites, mobile applications, software, APIs, digital tools, content, services, and technologies operated under the Empires Boost brand.

"Content" — Any text, photographs, graphics, videos, audio, reviews, ratings, business profiles, service listings, logos, trademarks, documents, or other information displayed, uploaded, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Platform.

"Service" — Any lawful service offered, promoted, advertised, or made available by a Service Provider through the Platform.

"Listing" — A profile, advertisement, service page, or other content created by a Service Provider describing the services they offer.

"Order" — Any booking, enquiry, purchase, subscription, or request initiated through the Platform.

"Applicable Law" — All laws, rules, regulations, notifications, governmental directions, judicial decisions, and statutory requirements applicable in India.

5. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Provide accurate and current information.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Not have been previously suspended or permanently removed from the Platform for violating these Terms or applicable law.

Where an account is created on behalf of a company, partnership, LLP, or other organization, the individual creating the account represents that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of that entity.

6. Registration and User Accounts

Certain features of the Platform require registration.

During registration, users may be required to provide:

• Full name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Residential or business address
• Business details (where applicable)
• Identity or business documents (where required)
• Profile photograph
• Other information reasonably requested for account creation or verification

You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete. You must promptly update your account if any information changes.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to:

• Keep your password secure.
• Not share your login credentials with others.
• Notify Empires Boost immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach involving your account.

Empires Boost is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account.

8. Verification

Empires Boost may request additional information or documentation for identity verification, business verification, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or operational purposes.

Verification by the Platform does not constitute a guarantee, certification, endorsement, warranty, or representation regarding a user's identity, qualifications, experience, financial standing, licensing, or service quality.

Users remain responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any transaction.

9. Accuracy of Information

Users are solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to the Platform is accurate, complete, lawful, and up to date.

Providing false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized information may result in suspension or termination of the account and may lead to legal action where appropriate.

10. Amendments to These Terms

Empires Boost may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, business practices, or Platform features.

Updated Terms will become effective upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

11. Electronic Acceptance

By clicking "I Agree," "Register," "Sign Up," "Continue," "Submit," or by otherwise accessing or using the Platform, you consent to the use of electronic records and electronic communications and acknowledge that such actions constitute your legal acceptance of these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Nature of the Platform

Empires Boost is a technology-enabled online marketplace owned and operated by Shivguru Enterprises.

The Platform enables Customers and independent Service Providers to discover, communicate, submit enquiries, request quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and engage in lawful business transactions.

Empires Boost provides technology, digital infrastructure, communication tools, marketplace features, and related services designed to facilitate these interactions.

Unless expressly stated in writing for a specific offering, Empires Boost is not the provider, employer, contractor, subcontractor, agent, representative, franchisee, partner, or guarantor of the services offered by independent Service Providers.

13. Role of Empires Boost

The Platform primarily facilitates:

• Discovery of service providers
• Business listings
• Service categorization
• Customer enquiries
• Lead generation
• Business profile management
• Search functionality
• Communication between users
• Digital marketplace services
• Promotional opportunities
• Business networking
• Marketplace management

Empires Boost acts solely as an intermediary technology platform that enables users to connect with one another.

14. Independent Service Providers

Every Service Provider using the Platform acts independently.

Service Providers are solely responsible for:

• Their business operations
• Services offered
• Pricing
• Quotations
• Contracts
• Employees
• Labour
• Equipment
• Licences
• Registrations
• Insurance
• Taxes
• Statutory compliance
• Quality of work
• Timelines
• Safety practices
• Warranties provided by them
• Compliance with applicable laws

Registration on the Platform does not create any employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, agency, or representative relationship between Empires Boost and any Service Provider.

15. Direct Relationship Between Users

When a Customer chooses to engage a Service Provider, any agreement relating to scope of work, pricing, quotations, estimates, project timelines, payments, delivery schedules, warranties, guarantees, maintenance, support, invoices, taxes, work orders, or purchase orders is entered into directly between the Customer and the selected Service Provider.

Empires Boost is not automatically a party to such agreements merely because the parties connected through the Platform.

16. No Employment Relationship

Nothing contained in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, franchise, master-servant relationship, or employer-employee relationship between Empires Boost and any Customer or Service Provider.

Every Service Provider remains an independent business or professional responsible for its own operations.

17. No Guarantee of Services

Empires Boost does not guarantee:

• Availability of any Service Provider
• Acceptance of any enquiry
• Acceptance of any quotation
• Completion of any project
• Quality of work
• Suitability of any Service Provider
• Pricing
• Timelines
• Customer satisfaction
• Business outcomes
• Revenue generation
• Sales conversions
• Number of projects
• Number of enquiries
• Profitability

Customers should independently evaluate Service Providers before entering into any transaction.

18. Marketplace Categories

The Platform may include categories such as Interior Design, Home Renovation, Construction, Civil Contracting, Carpentry, Furniture Manufacturing, Modular Kitchen, Modular Wardrobe, Plumbing, Electrical Services, Painting, Waterproofing, Flooring, Fabrication, Aluminium & Glass Work, False Ceiling, POP & Gypsum, Deep Cleaning, Pest Control, Architecture, Business Services, Professional Consulting, and Digital Services.

Additional categories may be introduced, modified, merged, suspended, or removed at the Company's discretion.

19. Service Listings

Service Providers may create business profiles or service listings.

Listings may include business name, description, contact information, portfolio, images, videos, pricing (where chosen), service areas, experience, certifications, business details, working hours, and other lawful information.

Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings.

20. Accuracy of Listings

Service Providers represent and warrant that:

• Information is accurate.
• Information is complete.
• Information is not misleading.
• Information does not infringe any third-party rights.
• They possess all necessary rights to publish submitted content.

Empires Boost reserves the right to edit, suspend, reject, or remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

21. Customer Enquiries

Customers may submit enquiries through the Platform. Enquiries may include contact information, service requirements, project details, location, budget, preferred schedule, supporting photographs, documents, and other information voluntarily submitted.

Relevant enquiry information may be shared with one or more suitable Service Providers for the purpose of facilitating communication and potential business opportunities.

22. Lead Distribution

Where applicable, Empires Boost may distribute customer enquiries or leads to eligible Service Providers using criteria such as service category, geographic location, availability, subscription plan, business profile, Platform activity, and other operational factors.

Lead allocation is managed by the Platform and may change over time. Receipt of leads is not guaranteed unless expressly stated in the terms of a specific paid service.

23. Communication Between Users

Customers and Service Providers may communicate through telephone, mobile calls, email, messaging features, WhatsApp, Platform notifications, and other communication channels made available by the Platform.

Users remain responsible for the content of their communications and must comply with applicable laws.

24. Business Profiles

A Service Provider may maintain one or more business profiles, subject to Platform rules.

Business profiles may display business identity, services, portfolio, business description, contact information, experience, coverage areas, customer reviews (where applicable), and ratings (where applicable).

Empires Boost may update profile formats or available features without prior notice.

25. Search and Discovery

Search results displayed on the Platform may be influenced by factors including relevance, user preferences, service category, geographic location, availability, profile completeness, user activity, promotional participation, Platform algorithms, and other operational considerations.

Display order should not be interpreted as an endorsement or guarantee of any Service Provider.

26. Promotional Services

Empires Boost may offer optional promotional services, including featured listings, sponsored placements, advertising packages, marketing campaigns, enhanced visibility, premium business profiles, and promotional tools.

Purchase of promotional services improves visibility but does not guarantee enquiries, contracts, customers, revenue, or business success.

27. Platform Availability

While Empires Boost aims to provide reliable access to the Platform, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failures, internet disruptions, cybersecurity incidents, government directives, force majeure events, or system upgrades.

Empires Boost shall not be liable for temporary interruptions or reduced availability.

28. Changes to Platform Features

Empires Boost reserves the right to add new features, remove existing features, modify services, introduce new marketplace categories, update pricing, change business models, improve Platform functionality, and suspend or discontinue features.

Such changes may be made without prior notice where permitted by applicable law.

29. Right to Refuse Access

Empires Boost reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or any feature where it reasonably believes that a user violates these Terms, provides false information, engages in fraudulent conduct, misuses the Platform, violates applicable laws, or poses a security or operational risk.

Such actions may include restricting access, suspending services, or terminating accounts, subject to applicable law.

30. Marketplace Disclaimer

Empires Boost provides a digital platform that facilitates introductions and interactions between independent users.

Except where expressly stated in writing for a specific service offered directly by Empires Boost, the Company does not assume responsibility for the performance, quality, safety, legality, suitability, pricing, or completion of services provided by independent Service Providers.

Customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before engaging any Service Provider, and Service Providers remain solely responsible for the services they offer and perform.

31. Customer Eligibility

A Customer may use the Platform to search, compare, contact, request quotations from, enquire about, or engage independent Service Providers for lawful personal, residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, or business purposes.

Customers must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.

Where a Customer acts on behalf of a business, company, partnership, LLP, trust, society, government body, or other organization, the Customer represents that they are authorized to bind that entity.

32. Customer Registration

Certain features of the Platform may require registration. Customers may be required to provide information such as full name, mobile number, email address, residential or business address, location information, profile photograph (where applicable), identity verification information (where applicable), and other information reasonably requested for account creation, verification, security, or operational purposes.

Customers agree to keep all account information accurate and up to date.

33. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information.
• Using the Platform lawfully.
• Respecting the rights of Service Providers.
• Reviewing quotations carefully.
• Reading service descriptions before engagement.
• Maintaining confidentiality of account credentials.
• Complying with these Terms and applicable laws.

Customers shall not misuse the Platform or interfere with its normal operation.

34. Service Requests

Customers may submit service requests through the Platform. Service requests may include service category, description of work, project requirements, address or service location, budget (optional), preferred timeline, images or supporting documents, and contact details.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

35. Quotations and Estimates

Quotations, estimates, pricing, and commercial proposals are prepared independently by Service Providers.

Empires Boost does not determine, approve, recommend, negotiate, or guarantee prices, quotations, discounts, payment terms, delivery schedules, or commercial conditions.

Customers should independently evaluate all quotations before making any decision.

36. Customer Due Diligence

Before engaging a Service Provider, Customers are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence, which may include:

• Reviewing the provider's profile.
• Verifying licences or registrations where relevant.
• Requesting references or portfolios.
• Discussing project scope.
• Clarifying payment terms.
• Confirming timelines.
• Reviewing warranties or guarantees offered by the Service Provider.

Empires Boost does not replace the Customer's responsibility to make informed decisions.

37. Communication with Service Providers

Customers may communicate directly with Service Providers using the communication channels available through or facilitated by the Platform.

Customers agree to communicate respectfully, provide accurate project information, respond honestly to enquiries, and avoid abusive, threatening, defamatory, discriminatory, or unlawful communications.

All communications must comply with applicable laws.

38. Payments to Service Providers

Unless expressly stated otherwise, payments for services are made directly between the Customer and the selected Service Provider.

Customers are responsible for agreeing on payment terms, reviewing invoices, confirming milestones, retaining payment records, and ensuring compliance with applicable tax obligations.

Empires Boost is not responsible for disputes relating to payments made directly between Customers and Service Providers.

39. Project Execution

After a Customer selects a Service Provider, the execution of the project is managed directly between the parties.

The Customer is responsible for clearly communicating requirements, providing access to the project site where applicable, cooperating during project execution, reviewing completed work before acceptance, and raising concerns promptly with the Service Provider.

40. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may be permitted to submit reviews, ratings, or feedback regarding Service Providers.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences, be truthful and accurate, not contain defamatory, abusive, misleading, obscene, or unlawful content, and not infringe the rights of any third party.

Empires Boost reserves the right to moderate, edit, reject, or remove reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law.

41. Customer Conduct

Customers shall not:

• Submit false enquiries.
• Impersonate another person or business.
• Provide inaccurate information.
• Use fake identities.
• Attempt to manipulate reviews or ratings.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse Service Providers or other users.
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data without authorization.
• Violate any applicable law.

42. Customer Content

Customers retain ownership of content they submit, such as text, photographs, documents, project descriptions, reviews, ratings, and messages.

By submitting such content, Customers grant Empires Boost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and use the content for operating, maintaining, improving, promoting, and securing the Platform, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Customers represent that they have the necessary rights to submit such content.

43. Cancellation of Service Requests

Customers may withdraw or cancel a service request before engaging a Service Provider.

Once a Customer and Service Provider have entered into an agreement, any cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of the project shall be governed by the terms agreed between those parties unless otherwise specified by Empires Boost for a particular Platform service.

44. Reporting Issues

If a Customer experiences issues relating to Platform functionality, account access, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Platform, they should promptly notify Empires Boost through the available support channels.

Empires Boost may review reported issues and take appropriate action in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

45. Customer Acknowledgements

By using the Platform, Customers acknowledge and agree that:

• Empires Boost operates as a technology-enabled marketplace.
• Independent Service Providers are solely responsible for the services they offer and perform.
• Empires Boost does not guarantee that any Service Provider will accept an enquiry, provide a quotation, complete a project, or meet the Customer's expectations.
• Commercial decisions, including whether to engage a Service Provider, remain the Customer's responsibility.
• Customers should exercise reasonable care and independent judgment before entering into any agreement with a Service Provider.

46. Customer Compliance with Law

Customers shall comply with all applicable laws while using the Platform.

Customers shall not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, prohibited, or unauthorized activity, including activities that violate intellectual property rights, privacy rights, consumer protection laws, or any other applicable legal requirements.

47. Reservation of Rights

Empires Boost reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse of the Platform and to suspend, restrict, or terminate Customer accounts where there is a reasonable belief that these Terms, applicable law, or Platform policies have been violated, subject to applicable law.

48. Survival

The provisions relating to intellectual property, user content, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, confidentiality (where applicable), and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall remain in effect even after a Customer ceases to use the Platform or closes an account.

49. Service Provider Eligibility

A Service Provider may be an individual, self-employed professional, freelancer, contractor, sole proprietor, partnership firm, Limited Liability Partnership (LLP), company, MSME, startup, agency, organization, or any other legally recognized entity permitted to offer lawful services in India.

By registering on the Platform, the Service Provider represents and warrants that it has the legal authority and capacity to provide the services listed on the Platform.

50. Registration as a Service Provider

To access certain marketplace features, Service Providers may be required to create an account and provide information requested by Empires Boost, including full name, business name, mobile number, email address, business address, service areas, business category, identity documents, business registration documents, tax information, banking information (where required), business logo, portfolio, certifications, and other information reasonably required for onboarding, verification, security, or operational purposes.

The Service Provider is solely responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate, complete, and current.

51. Business Profiles and Listings

Service Providers may create one or more business profiles or service listings, subject to the Platform's policies.

Each listing must:

• Accurately describe the services offered.
• Contain truthful information.
• Comply with applicable laws.
• Not infringe the rights of any third party.
• Not contain misleading, false, deceptive, offensive, or unlawful content.

Empires Boost reserves the right to edit, reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Terms or applicable law.

52. Independent Business Status

Each Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that they operate independently; they are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or representatives of Empires Boost; they are solely responsible for the operation of their business; and they determine their own pricing, quotations, schedules, and methods of service delivery.

Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating an employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship between Empires Boost and any Service Provider.

53. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Service Providers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, permits, registrations, tax obligations, labour laws, safety requirements, and professional standards applicable to their business and the services they provide.

Where a licence, certification, or registration is required by law for a particular service, the Service Provider shall obtain and maintain such authorizations at its own cost.

54. Customer Enquiries and Leads

The Platform may provide Service Providers with customer enquiries, business opportunities, or leads.

Receipt of enquiries depends on multiple factors, including but not limited to service category, customer requirements, service area, profile completeness, availability, Platform activity, subscription plan (where applicable), and operational considerations.

Unless expressly stated in writing, Empires Boost does not guarantee any minimum number of enquiries, projects, customers, revenue, or business opportunities.

55. Customer Communication

Service Providers shall communicate with Customers in a professional, lawful, and respectful manner.

Service Providers shall not:

• Misrepresent their qualifications.
• Make false promises.
• Use abusive or threatening language.
• Engage in misleading sales practices.
• Solicit unlawful payments.
• Request confidential information unrelated to the service.
• Harass or intimidate Customers.

56. Quotations and Pricing

Service Providers independently determine pricing, quotations, estimates, discounts, taxes, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial conditions.

Empires Boost does not fix, negotiate, recommend, or approve prices quoted by Service Providers.

Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their pricing.

57. Service Delivery

Service Providers are solely responsible for executing services, delivering work with reasonable skill and care, following agreed timelines, using appropriate materials and equipment, complying with applicable laws and safety requirements, providing invoices where required by law, and honouring commitments made to Customers.

Empires Boost is not responsible for supervising or managing the execution of services.

58. Documents and Verification

Empires Boost may request documents for onboarding, verification, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Submission of documents or completion of verification does not constitute an endorsement, certification, warranty, or guarantee by Empires Boost regarding the Service Provider's qualifications or services.

Empires Boost reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time.

59. Advertising and Promotional Services

Service Providers may purchase optional promotional services, including enhanced listings, advertising packages, or other visibility features offered by the Platform.

Such services improve visibility but do not guarantee customer enquiries, bookings, sales, revenue, business growth, search ranking, or conversion rates.

60. Reviews and Ratings

Customers may provide reviews or ratings relating to their experiences with Service Providers.

Service Providers shall not:

• Manipulate reviews.
• Offer incentives for false reviews.
• Post reviews on their own listings using fake accounts.
• Harass Customers regarding reviews.
• Publish misleading testimonials.

Empires Boost reserves the right to moderate reviews in accordance with its policies.

61. Insurance and Risk

Where appropriate for the services offered, Service Providers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining any insurance required by applicable law or reasonably necessary for their business operations.

Empires Boost does not provide insurance coverage for Service Providers, their employees, subcontractors, or projects unless expressly stated in writing.

62. Taxes

Service Providers are solely responsible for income tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable, tax registrations, tax filings, statutory deductions, government levies, and other legal financial obligations relating to their business activities.

Empires Boost is not responsible for calculating, collecting, or remitting taxes on behalf of Service Providers except where required by applicable law.

63. Prohibited Conduct

Service Providers shall not:

• Provide false business information.
• Use fake identities.
• Upload unauthorized or infringing content.
• Misuse customer information.
• Engage in fraud or deceptive practices.
• Circumvent Platform policies.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Platform.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

64. Suspension and Removal

Empires Boost may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Service Provider's account or listings where there is a reasonable belief that the Service Provider has violated these Terms, submitted false information, engaged in fraudulent conduct, misused the Platform, violated applicable law, or created a risk to Customers or the Platform.

Such action may be taken without prior notice where necessary to protect users, comply with legal obligations, or maintain Platform security.

65. Acknowledgement by Service Providers

By using the Platform, each Service Provider acknowledges and agrees that:

• Empires Boost operates solely as a technology-enabled marketplace.
• Registration on the Platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
• Service Providers remain solely responsible for the services they provide.
• Customers independently decide whether to engage a Service Provider.
• Empires Boost does not guarantee business success, customer enquiries, project awards, revenue, or profits.

66. Survival

The provisions relating to intellectual property, confidentiality (where applicable), user content, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and any provisions intended by their nature to survive termination shall continue to apply even after a Service Provider's account is suspended, terminated, or otherwise ceases to use the Platform.

67. Paid Services

Empires Boost may offer free and paid products, services, features, plans, subscriptions, digital solutions, advertising services, marketplace tools, business services, and promotional offerings.

Paid offerings may include, but are not limited to: Service Provider Registration Plans, Business Listing Plans, Featured Listings, Premium Business Profiles, Lead Generation Plans, Advertising Services, Digital Marketing Services, Website Development Services, Business Verification Services, Consultation Services, Marketplace Subscription Plans, Promotional Campaigns, Training Programs, Software Features, Mobile Application Services, and other products or services introduced from time to time.

The availability of any service may change without prior notice.

68. Pricing

The prices of Platform services shall be displayed on the Platform or otherwise communicated before purchase.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice unless a different price has already been confirmed for a completed order.

Prices may vary depending on product or service selected, subscription plan, duration, promotional campaigns, geographic region, business category, applicable taxes, and other commercial factors.

69. Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed on the Platform may be exclusive of applicable taxes.

Where required by applicable law, taxes may be added at the time of invoicing or payment.

Users remain responsible for complying with their own tax obligations arising from transactions conducted through the Platform.

70. Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through one or more electronic payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time.

The availability of a particular payment method may change without prior notice. Users are responsible for ensuring that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

71. Billing

By purchasing a paid service, the user authorizes Empires Boost to collect the applicable amount using the selected payment method.

The user is responsible for:

• Providing accurate billing information.
• Keeping payment details current.
• Paying all applicable charges when due.
• Ensuring sufficient funds are available.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the relevant service.

72. Subscriptions

Certain Platform services may be offered on a subscription basis. Subscription plans may include recurring billing at the intervals specified during purchase.

Where applicable, users may manage or cancel future renewals in accordance with the subscription terms.

Cancellation of a subscription generally prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for the current billing period unless required by applicable law or expressly stated by Empires Boost.

73. Lead Generation Plans

Empires Boost may offer lead generation or enquiry-based plans to eligible Service Providers.

Lead generation services are intended to facilitate business opportunities by connecting Service Providers with potential Customers.

The number, quality, timing, or outcome of enquiries may vary depending on several factors, including customer demand, service category, geographic location, user responsiveness, competition, Platform availability, market conditions, and other operational considerations.

Unless expressly promised in writing as part of a specific plan, Empires Boost does not guarantee a fixed number of enquiries, projects, conversions, sales, revenue, or profits.

74. Promotional Services

Users may purchase optional promotional services to increase the visibility of their business profiles or listings.

Promotional services are designed to improve exposure within the Platform but do not guarantee higher rankings, customer enquiries, bookings, sales, revenue, business growth, or customer retention.

Visibility may also be influenced by profile quality, relevance, customer preferences, and Platform algorithms.

75. Digital Services

Many Platform services are digital in nature and may begin processing immediately after payment. Such services may include business profile activation, digital advertising, website development, consultation scheduling, verification processes, lead plan activation, marketing campaigns, and digital products.

Once processing has commenced, cancellation or refund may be subject to the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory legal requirements.

76. Failed Transactions

If a payment fails due to technical reasons, banking issues, insufficient funds, or other circumstances, the associated order may remain pending, be cancelled, or require a fresh payment.

Empires Boost is not responsible for delays caused by banking systems or payment processing networks.

77. Duplicate Payments

Where duplicate payments are received for the same transaction, users should notify Empires Boost promptly.

Verified duplicate payments may be reviewed and, where appropriate, processed in accordance with the Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

78. Refunds

Refund eligibility, processing, timelines, and conditions shall be governed by the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available under applicable law.

79. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact Empires Boost before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through their financial institution.

Where a chargeback is initiated, Empires Boost may review the transaction, request supporting information, and temporarily suspend access to affected services while the dispute is under review, where appropriate and subject to applicable law.

80. Invoices and Records

Where applicable, Empires Boost may issue invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, or transaction records electronically.

Users are responsible for reviewing such records and reporting any discrepancies within a reasonable period after receipt.

81. Promotional Offers

From time to time, Empires Boost may offer discounts, promotional pricing, coupons, referral benefits, trial offers, introductory plans, and limited-time campaigns.

Such offers are subject to the terms communicated at the time of the promotion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice unless prohibited by applicable law.

82. Financial Responsibility

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for their purchasing decisions, evaluating the suitability of paid services, reading applicable product descriptions, reviewing pricing before payment, and maintaining accurate billing information.

Empires Boost does not guarantee that the purchase of any paid service will result in increased revenue, customers, business opportunities, or commercial success unless expressly stated in writing.

83. Suspension for Non-Payment

Empires Boost may suspend or restrict access to paid services where payment remains outstanding, a payment is reversed, fraudulent payment activity is suspected, billing information is materially inaccurate, or the user breaches the financial terms of these Terms & Conditions.

Access may be restored after outstanding obligations are resolved, subject to Empires Boost's review.

84. Changes to Commercial Terms

Empires Boost reserves the right to revise pricing, subscription structures, available plans, payment methods, billing practices, and commercial offerings from time to time.

Changes generally apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.

85. Financial Disclaimer

Empires Boost provides technology-enabled marketplace services and related digital offerings.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, Empires Boost does not guarantee business success, customer acquisition, project awards, sales, profitability, return on investment, revenue growth, or market performance.

Users remain responsible for their own commercial decisions and business outcomes.

86. Ownership of the Platform

The Platform, including its design, layout, software, source code, object code, databases, user interface, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, documents, trademarks, trade dress, domain names, features, functionality, and all other intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to Shivguru Enterprises or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in the Platform or its intellectual property is transferred to any user.

87. Empires Boost Intellectual Property

The following, including any future additions or modifications, are the exclusive property of Shivguru Enterprises or its licensors unless otherwise stated: the Empires Boost name, logos, brand names, trade names, domain names, website content, mobile application content, Platform design, source code, databases, marketing materials, graphics, icons, business processes, documentation, and Platform features.

Users shall not acquire ownership rights merely by using the Platform.

88. Limited Licence to Users

Subject to compliance with these Terms, Empires Boost grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for its intended lawful purposes.

This licence does not permit users to:

• Copy or reproduce Platform content except as permitted by law.
• Modify or create derivative works.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Platform without prior written permission.
• Remove copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
• Use automated tools to extract Platform data without authorization.

89. User Content

Users may upload, submit, publish, transmit, or otherwise make available content through the Platform, including business profiles, service listings, photographs, videos, logos, reviews, ratings, messages, documents, project descriptions, comments, portfolio materials, and other information.

Users retain ownership of the intellectual property rights they lawfully own in such content.

90. Licence Granted to Empires Boost

By submitting User Content to the Platform, the user grants Empires Boost a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable (only where reasonably necessary for Platform operations), sublicensable, and revocable licence to host, store, process, display, reproduce, publish, format, translate, distribute, promote, improve, archive, and use the content solely for operating, maintaining, securing, improving, marketing, and providing the Platform and its services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law.

This licence continues only for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes or as otherwise required by applicable law.

91. User Representations

By submitting content, the user represents and warrants that:

• They own the content or have all necessary rights and permissions to upload it.
• The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party.
• The content is lawful, accurate, and not misleading.
• Submission of the content does not violate any agreement or legal obligation.

Users are solely responsible for the content they upload.

92. Reviews and Ratings

Where available, Customers may submit reviews and ratings based on their genuine experience.

Reviews should be truthful, be based on actual interactions, be relevant to the service received, and avoid offensive, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful language.

Empires Boost may moderate reviews to maintain compliance with these Terms and applicable law but does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of user-generated reviews.

93. Content Moderation

Empires Boost reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, edit, restrict, remove, or refuse any content that violates these Terms, violates applicable law, infringes intellectual property rights, is fraudulent or misleading, contains malicious software, promotes illegal activities, is defamatory, obscene, hateful, or discriminatory, creates security risks, or interferes with Platform operations.

Content moderation decisions may be made using automated tools, manual review, or a combination of both.

94. Copyright Complaints

If any person believes that content available on the Platform infringes their copyright or other intellectual property rights, they may submit a written complaint to Empires Boost containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or other protected material.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing content.
• Sufficient information to locate the material.
• Contact details of the complainant.
• A statement that the complainant believes in good faith that the use is unauthorized.
• A declaration that the information provided is accurate.

Empires Boost may investigate such complaints and take appropriate action where warranted.

95. Trademark Protection

Users shall not use any trademark, logo, trade name, service mark, or branding associated with Empires Boost or Shivguru Enterprises without prior written authorization.

Nothing in these Terms grants users any licence to use Empires Boost's trademarks except as expressly permitted.

96. Feedback

If users voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, recommendations, comments, or feedback regarding the Platform, they agree that Empires Boost may use such feedback without any obligation to provide compensation, acknowledgement, or confidentiality, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

97. Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Platform may contain content, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by third parties. All such rights remain with their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party intellectual property to users.

98. Prohibited Use of Content

Users shall not:

• Copy Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Scrape or harvest data without authorization.
• Reproduce substantial portions of the Platform.
• Remove copyright notices.
• Misrepresent ownership of content.
• Publish Platform materials on other websites without permission.
• Use Platform content to develop competing services where prohibited by applicable law.

99. Preservation of Rights

Failure by Empires Boost to immediately enforce any intellectual property right shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Empires Boost reserves all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.

100. Survival

The provisions relating to intellectual property, licences, ownership, user content, feedback, and copyright shall survive termination of these Terms or cessation of a user's access to the Platform to the extent necessary to protect legal rights and comply with applicable law.

Empires Boost respects the privacy of its users and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws.

Our collection, processing, storage, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Platform, users acknowledge that they have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

102. Collection of Information

Depending on the nature of the services used, Empires Boost may collect information including name, mobile number, email address, residential address, business address, location information, business details, government-issued identification information, tax information, banking information (where applicable), business documents, identity verification documents, profile photographs, portfolio materials, communication records, transaction information, technical information, device information, and usage information.

Collection and processing of such information shall be carried out in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.

103. Use of Information

Information collected through the Platform may be used for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, service matching, communication between users, payment processing, security, Platform improvement, legal compliance, analytics, research, marketing communications (where permitted), and development of new products and services.

104. Sharing of Information

• Between Customers and Service Providers for service enquiries.
• To authorized employees and contractors performing Platform functions.
• To service providers supporting Platform operations.

• To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents.
• During mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, or transfer of business assets.
• To protect legal rights, safety, or the integrity of the Platform.

Empires Boost does not sell personal information as part of its ordinary business operations.

105. User Consent

By using the Platform, users consent to the collection, use, storage, disclosure, and processing of their information for the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, subject to applicable law.

Where applicable law requires separate consent for specific processing activities, Empires Boost will seek such consent through appropriate mechanisms.
